Issue Summary:
This issue is separate to pre-existing saves becoming stuck in the “Cleaning Up” phase. This issue occurs when starting a new save Stranded Deep (potentially for the first time).
When this issue occurs players may be able to progress through the plane crash sequence, but when it comes to loading the main game they are stuck on the “Cleaning Up” phase. Players may also experience errors when using the cartographer and trying to change the seed or islands on the map.
This error is due to a localisation issue that the team are looking into.
Workarounds:
Changing your console language to English should help you load into the game and allow you to workaround this issue and play the game while the team work on a fix.
