Can you confirm you’ve updated to version 2104 (this number is in the bottom left of the main menu)

Are you playing Single Player or Multiplayer?

If you are playing multiplayer, are you the host or Player 2?

Did this flashlight in your inventory become stuck after the update to version 2104? Or was it stuck before this?

When you pick up a second flashlight, are you able to use that flashlight?

Are the flashlights stacking in your inventory rather than being displayed side by side?

Where did you originally pick up this flashlight, and since your report have you had any other issues with other items?
