What doesnt it load , tried running the game as administrator.

I’m sorry to see you were having issues with Xbox Live Authentication.
If this issue is persisting for you please check…
- Your system and the game application are up to date
- If you recently updated your system, double check the system clock is synced correctly
- If you’re playing with Game Pass that your subscription is active
- If your firewall was recently updated, could it be blocking authentication?
If you believe everything is in order there, you may wish to try
- verifying game files
- reinstalling the game
- if possible, check if other games are having an issue with verification on load
As the issue is occurring in trying to authenticate with your account, it may also be worth reaching out to MS support also if you have not done so already.
If the issue continues after trying the above, please let me know. Please also confirm at which point you see this loading screen in game and if it is occurring when playing the game for the first time, or if you’ve been able to play before this error occurred.
