I’m not very sure so does saving the game on a different island instead of the previous main island base remove everything on the main base or am I just at the wrong island I’m kinda new to the game still I’m also on pc
Your island are all set (Its seeded like minecraft is) So you can save where you want, your stuff will stay on other islands.
Custom Islands have a few oddites. (PC does abit better with them)

First step save your game on a different island I think it does not usually destroy your previous base. Your main base and its contents should remain safe. May be just be on a different island and need to get back to your main base.
