[Steam][Achievements] This Sparks Joy - Achievement icon missing in Steam

The achievement “This Sparks Joy” doesn’t have a working icon. It displays the broken image icon in Steam. Unfortunately, it’s my rarest achievement and it looks terrible in my showcase.
