[STEAM][0.90.11][COOP] Sync loading stuck if EPIC is the HOST

Steps
Join a game where EPIC Version is the Host

1. When I am the Host in Steam Version, then the EPIC Version can join my game.
2. When the EPIC Version is the Host, then the Steam Version cannot join the game.
