I bought Rust pre-order for console but for some reason i got an email saying that my order for it went wrong on their end ( microsofts end). I havent gotten a refund and it also says I dont own the game even though i pre-ordered it and got a confirmation email saying i got it. Can someone help me?

Beam Team are not the creators of Rust, I believe would need to contact Facepunch Studios and Microsoft Support for this issue.
