I’m having issues connecting on my PS4… I played on Thursday for the first time and now it is stuck on the loading screen… I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the application but still not loading.
Is this an issue being worked on???

Please let me know:

What version number is displayed in the bottom left of the main menu for you?

Are you playing a multiplayer or single player game?

If multiplayer, are you loading as a host or joining a game?

What point of the loading screen are you stuck on? Does any text display beside the loading percentage?

Please try clearing the cache of your console by shutting down and unplugging for 2 minutes before rebooting.

If you are playing a single player game, please try loading the game with all internet connections switched off to see if that helps.

Do you recall what you did in your last gameplay session before saving a quitting?
Any extra information you provide would be greatly appreciated as it can help the team to investigate this issue further.
