I’ve been playing this game for around a year and have only had this problem on my most recent world
•I am traveling via raft
•I am playing on PC
•the issue only occurs when I’m leaving a different Island coming back to my home base
•the version I am playing on is: 0.90.00

Is this an intermittent stutter issue or does the game freeze completely?
If you open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+ESC) and click the Performance tab, what are you seeing there when this happens (a screenshot would be helpful).
How much in-game time was spent before this started happening?
Are you on a HDD or SSD?
