Hi i need help please im not able to host any multiplayer games at all when i give the lobby code to my friend it says the game is no longer available, we have tried everything… I have it on epic and he has it on steam

Can you provide details of what version of the game each user is playing on please?
(lower left of main menu.) What region is each player in?
We both selected south africa as we arw from SA…* and we are both on the latest update but i will give the version as soon as i get home in 1 hour and 30 minutes
