The ability to use metal scrap so you can shape them in many ways so that you can have a variety of more crafting recipies. The idea began with shark cages, you could make them from wood (?) but maybe isn’t a good idea because it can’t resist hevy/fast stokes from rapid sharks. Thats why there could be added a metal station to modify metal as needed, so much so you could create a metal cage that you could use as the fish trap, have it in you raft and throw it down with some buoancy to keep it from going straight down.
