After I was attacked by a wild boar and a giant crab, life never recovered.
The clock beeps all the time.
I even let the character stand still for a while to see if the life bar went up, but it didn’t.
Potions don’t work.
Do you have any solution?
How high is the hunger and thirst meter?

Your Hunger and Thirst levels need to be at or above level 5 for your health to regenerate.

As Bisketti & Lothaer indicate you cant be dying of thirst or starvation.
You have 6 bars on stats and at least 5 on food and water before healing will begin. Any less than that and your health stays low.
