Edit: Moved to fixed issues as this refers to an older issue where the issue in question was resolved (Though some players did find their older inventory was not restored by the fix)
This should not be confused with the issue [Known Issue][PS4/XB1] Inventory and Tool Belt Reset (2074) which looks very similar but has some subtle differences. If you have searched for an issue with toolbelts and inventory and you are playing version 2071, 2073 or 2074, please check the link above.
