I can't find out the game from PS4 online store,why?

I live in Hong Kong (Asian city). The game seems just release it in EU and US regions. I can’t buy the game through store since i don’t have AE card and games shops in my city didn’t sell PSN cards (US). Is it possible the game will be released Asian region too in future?
