-Have you tried clearing the cache of the console by shutting down for 2 mins before rebooting?

Thank you for submitting this report. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing connection issues in multiplayer.

Please let me know:

  • What console are you playing on?
  • What version of the game are you playing? (this number is in the bottom left of the main menu)
  • What ISP and router are you using?
  • What is the NAT type of your console (this is in the network settings of your console)
  • Are yourself and your friend in the same household on the same connection or on a separate connection?
  • Are you using wired or wireless connections?
  • What region are you playing Multiplayer on?
  • What does the disconnect look like for you? Can you not connect from the beginning, or are you disconnecting over time?
  • If disconnecting during gameplay, have you noticed a common factor in where or when it occurs?
  • If you swap who is hosting a game, does the same issue occur?
  • Can either of you connect and maintain a connection to other public games?

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated and may allow me to provide some suggestions for you to try.
