I moved your post general discussion as it was a question rather than a bug report.
I do not have an eta for a fix but in case you didn’t see it I updated my post on the issue yesterday - [Known Issue][PS4/XB1] Loss of interactions (assuming this is the bug you mean). The team believe they have found the cause of the issue and are currently working to resolve it. If I recieve more information I’ll update that post.
