Aiming dot is off target while on raft

[XboxOne][2136][Aiming dot] aim is off while on raft

So when I am traveling on the raft throwing spears, the spear actually flies well under the targeting dot. It feels like I am throwing fishing spears as opposed to crude or refined spears, only worse. This effect only happens when I am on a raft, regardless of if I am on water or land. I have tried resetting, clearing the cache, shutting off the console and pulling the power plug for a few minutes to no effect. In the screenshots below, you can see the difference in distance between the pointing finger and the aiming dot. One is on land, and one is on the raft. The one on the raft is pointing much lower than on land.

Aiming dot is off target period. I assume the waves are causing the biggest issue. The combat is hardly the game’s best attribute. Might even be the worst, which is sad given how crucial it is the the game.

So far, the aiming dot is spot on as long as I am on land. This started after the last update.
