To those still encountering errors, do not play off old save from version 2071, create a new save with 2073, no crashing interaction is fine, raft steering is on point. I’ve noticed if I play off a save with the issues it’s messing up.
What day are you on ? Because ive done this and im on day 10 and just encountered the save glitch
I’m on days 13 and no problems yet

The save glitch… did you delete the old save from your console as well because if not the glitch is still in the systems memory

I’ll give it a try tomorrow morning then mate will delete my current corrupt save and start again
