Stuck at 9% World Sync issue

Summary
When I host a coop game and random players ask to join I accept but then the loading screen is stuck at 9% “Sync World” forever till I get the message “Client disconnected”

Settings
Normal, No mods.

Steps
Host Coop game, when other players want to join.

Extras
-Have you tried reloading your save, game or PC? YES
-Have tried reinstalling the game? YES

The team are aware of this issue and a bug report has previously been submitted.

It’s going better … now it’s stuck at 13% …
Almost the same as [TheDragonOfTheWest] :

Summary
When I continue to host a coop game and a friend with a code players joint but then the loading screen is stuck at 13% “Sync World” for almost forever (only wait a little more than 20mn)

My friend brought his PC to my home and we weren’t stuck with the Sync Word …
So it seem that the issue come from the server and not the installation …
