Thank you for your understanding Brittney. I understand you deciding to take time away from Stranded Deep while we work to resolve this issue. In case you mised it today I updated my Known Issues post. The fix is not built has has been passed on to QA for verification. Once that’s sorted it’ll be submitted to Sony and Microsoft for approval as soon as possible.

my friend and i have made a few worlds. after around 5 to 7 days our islands will start not letting us interact. i am hyped for the update so we can play again. i know things like this take a while the community knows your doing your best, keep up the good work on this awesome game

!!! But will we all have to start a new game? Whatever the case may be I understand completely u can only do so much. Can u pass along a huge thank u to the team that fixed this for us im sure they worked very hard. It seemed like it wouldve been tricky seeing how everyone’s interaction problems were different. So thank u for always reponding to let us know how thing are going and thank u to the team for all there hard work on this!!!

With regards to starting a new save, the team will always aim, with every fix, to avoid needing a new save where possible. I asked Sam about this and he said the fix should retro-actively fix saves affected by this issue already so you shouldn’t need to start a new one.
