Does this mean that if I click yes, I will lose everything in this map?

Based on the text in the image you sent, it seems like this could run the risk of resetting your saves on this save slot.
Were you changing this in the cartographer? If you got this when changing the number at the bottom of the in the cartographer, then yes, all saved progress will be lost as you are erasing the map in that save slot to create a new one when doing this and it will affect both single player and multiplayer games in that slot.
If you weren’t changing the number at the bottom of the cartographer, please give me as much information as possible about what you were doing / changing when this update appeared - I can then get as much information as possible from the team regarding why this would appear and what exactly would be affected.
