Screen lags rapidly when on boat when crouching or freestanding(next to rutter/sail) the bigger the boat the worse it gets. I will try to get a video for reference.

Thank you for reporting this - a video would be great if you can get it. You play in 3rd person, correct? If you switch to 1st person, is the same stuttery issue occuring?
