Summary
When you build up some house parts with a hammer usually a progress circle is shown. The circle is also intended to get shown when you deconstruct something with an ax or pickax, but sometimes not during your first hits.
However, the brick roof does not have a progress circle during construction or deconstruction. I noticed this in particular with the “brick roof wedge” and “brick roof middle”. I have not checked if other brick roof parts or roofs with different materials are affected.
